Eaton Vance U.S. Government Money Market Fund class A shares available via exchange only

San Diego, Dec. 27 - Class A shares of the Eaton Vance U.S. Government Money Market Fund are offered only in exchange for class A shares of other Eaton Vance Funds, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Previously, class A shares of the fund could be obtained either through exchange or via purchase. The policy takes effect Jan. 1.

The fund's investment adviser is Boston-based Boston Management and Research.
