Alcatel-Lucent to launch term loan C and D repricing on Friday

New York, Aug. 1 - Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. will hold a call at 11 a.m. ET on Friday to launch a repricing of its existing $1,741,250,000 term loan C and €298.5 million term loan D, according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the lead banks on the deal.

When done early this year, the term loan C was priced at Libor plus 625 basis points with a 1% Libor floor and the term loan D was priced at Euribor plus 650 bps with a 1% Euribor floor.

Alcatel is a Paris-based telecommunications services and equipment company.
