Easymed Services negotiates C$1.25 million private placement of units

Non-brokered deal funds general working capital purposes, obligations

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 10 - Easymed Services, Inc. said it plans a C$1.25 million non-brokered private placement of units.

The company will sell 1,470,588 units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.85 per unit.

Each warrant is exercisable at C$1.20 for two years. The strike price reflects a 50% premium to the Dec. 7 closing share price of C$0.80.

Proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes and to meets obligations.

Easymed is a medical and health technology services company in Toronto.
