Kodak: Trustee appoints seven-member unsecured creditors committee

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 25 - Eastman Kodak Co.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by Region 2 U.S. Trustee Tracy Hope Davis, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee members are Dana Cann of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. of Washington, D.C.; Ben Harris of KPP Trustees Ltd. of St. Albans, U.K.; Timothy Sandell of U.S. Bank NA of St. Paul; John Fukunaga of Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. of Culver City, Calif.; Donna Kay of Strategic Procurement Group of Port Washington, N.Y.; Christopher Nanos of Walmart Stores, Inc. of Bentonville, Ark.; and Simon Hwang of Primax Electronics Ltd. of Taipei, Taiwan.

Kodak is a Rochester, N.Y.-based imaging technology products and services provider to the photographic and graphic communications markets. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-10202.
