Moody’s revises Eastcomtrans view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on Eastcomtrans LLP's B3 corporate family rating, B3-PD probability of default rating, B3.kz national scale rating and the B3 senior secured rating assigned to the company's $100 million five-year notes to positive from stable.

Concurrently, the agency affirmed these ratings.

Moody’s said the outlook change reflects the potential for an upgrade of Eastcomtrans' ratings over the next 12-18 months, if the company: (a) Continues to diversify its customer base and renews its contracts with its key customer, Tengizchevroil, which expire in December 2015; (b) maintains strong operating and financial performance; and (c) retains high fleet use rates, with the bulk of its fleet under contract at all times.
