Moody's rates University of Calif. housing bonds Baa1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa1 rating to the outstanding $102.3 million series 2002 student housing revenue bonds issued by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority for East Campus Apartments, LLC, at the University of California-Irvine. The outlook is stable.

The expected sale date is July 3.
