New Issue: East Bay Regional Park, Calif., sells $80 million general obligation debt

New York, July 16 - The East Bay Regional Park District of California priced $80 million of election of 2008 series 2013A general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aaa/AAA/) were sold competitively. The issuer did not immediately return calls for the winning bidder.
The bonds are due 2014 to 2033 with coupons from 1% to 5% and yields for 0.2% to 4.17%.
Proceeds will be used to design, repair and improve the district's park system.
