East Bay Municipal Utility, Calif., plans $70 million wastewater bonds

New York, Jan. 14 – The East Bay Municipal Utility District of California is set to price $70 million of series 2015 wastewater system revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.
The deal includes $68 million of series 2015A bonds and $2 million of series 2015B taxable bonds.
The bonds (Aa2/AAA/AA+) will be sold through Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC as the co-managers.
The maturities have not been set.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing wastewater debt.
