East Bay Municipal Utility District, Calif., to sell $74 million bonds

New York, July 24 – The East Bay Municipal Utility District of California is set to price $74 million of series 2014 wastewater system revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.
The deal includes $72 million of series 2014A bonds and $2 million of series 2014B taxable bonds.
The bonds (/AAA/AA+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. as the lead managers.
The maturities have not been set.
Proceeds will be used to refund variable-rate bonds.
