Moody’s rates Albertsons new loan Ba2, notes B3

Moody's Investors Service said it rated Albertsons LLC’s proposed $1.7 billion term loan Ba2 and proposed $500 million of notes B3. Albertsons is a unit of Albertsons Cos. Inc.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

All other Albertsons ratings remain unchanged.
