7677 East Berry Avenue requests three-month exclusivity extension

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Dec. 24 - 7677 East Berry Avenue Associates, LP is seeking an extension to its exclusive periods to file a plan of reorganization and solicit votes on the plan, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

The company wants to extend its exclusive filing period to March 29 from Dec. 28 and the solicitation period to May 27 from Feb. 24.

According to the motion, the company is analyzing potential plan structures and proposals and believes the prospects for a consensual plan are strong, but they need more time to formulate and negotiate a plan.

7677 East Berry, Everest Holdings, LLC and EDC Denver I, LLC are the owners of the Landmark Residential Condominium tower in Denver. The companies filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 28. The Chapter 11 case number is 09-28000.
