Moody's: Dynacast view negative

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the B2 corporate family and probability of default ratings but changed the outlook for Dynacast International LLC to negative from stable.

Moody's said the outlook change reflects the ongoing material weakness in internal controls over financial reporting.

Concurrently, Moody's assigned a speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-3 to Dynacast reflecting adequate liquidity.
