Albany International amends credit agreement to move to SOFR

New York, June 26 – Albany International Corp. amended its credit agreement, replacing Libor with SOFR and adding a credit spread adjustment, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Commission late Friday.

JPMorgan Chase Bank is the administrative agent on the deal.

The amendment was completed on June 23.

Albany International is a Rochester, N.H.-based developer and manufacturer of engineered components.
