Ukraine's DTEK plans to issue dollar notes as part of tender offer

Atlanta, March 13 - Ukraine's DTEK is planning an issue of new dollar-denominated notes as part of a tender offer, according to a company announcement.

DTEK is buying back up to $300 million of its 9½% notes due 2015.

Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan are arranging the deal.

DTEK is an energy holding company based in Donetsk, Ukraine, and owned by SCM Holdings.
