Moody's: DTE outlook positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the rating outlook for DTE Energy Co. and its regulated subsidiaries, Detroit Edison Co. and Michigan Consolidated Gas Co., to positive from stable.

"The outlook change follows a steady improvement in DTE, DECO and MichCon's financial profiles due in large part to a constructive legislative and regulatory environment" Moody's vice president Scott Solomon said in a news release.
