New Issue: Albania prices €600 million five-year senior notes

Chicago, June 7 – Republic of Albania priced €600 million of fixed-rate bonds with a five-year tenor, according to a notice.

Full terms were not yet available, but the bonds priced at 99.055.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Deutsche Bank, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, MUFG and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners.

The bonds will be distributed via Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Listing will be in London.
