Albania plans benchmark international five-year bond transaction

Chicago, June 6 – Republic of Albania plans to price bonds with a five-year tenor, according to a notice.

The size of the offering is expected to be benchmark-sized.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Deutsche Bank, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, MUFG and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners.

The bonds will be distributed via Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Listing will be in London.
