Dryden 29 Euro CLO 2013 to redeem eight classes of notes on Jan. 16

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 9 – Dryden 29 Euro CLO 2013 BV plans to redeem eight classes of rated notes due 2026 in whole, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 16:

• €150.25 million of class A-1A-R senior secured floating-rate notes with interest of €539,397.50;

• €75 million of class A-1B-R senior secured fixed-rate notes with interest of €487,500;

• €25.5 million of class B-1A-R senior secured floating-rate notes with interest of €191,505;

• €25 million of class B-1B-R senior secured fixed-rate notes with interest of €318,750;

• €32.75 million of class C-R mezzanine secured deferrable floating-rate notes with interest of €370,730;

• €23.25 million of class D mezzanine secured deferrable floating-rate notes with interest of €416,872.50;

• €22 million of class E mezzanine secured deferrable floating-rate notes, with interest of €556,600; and

• €17.5 million of class F mezzanine secured deferrable floating-rate notes, with interest of €531,650.

U.S. Bank Trustees Ltd. is the trustee and PGIM Ltd. is the collateral manager.
