Alaska Communications readies credit facility amendment for Wednesday

New York, July 31 - Alaska Communications Systems is scheduled to hold call at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday for existing lenders to launch an amendment to its credit facility, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is leading the amendment.

Alaska Communications is an Anchorage-based provider of broadband and other wireline and wireless solutions.
