Alaris makes $40 million of term loan prepayments

New York, Oct. 28 - Alaris Medical Systems, Inc. said it repaid $10 million of its term bank debt in October, bringing year-to-date repayments to $40.6 million.

The San Diego-based medical safety products company said it also made two $10 million repayments in the third quarter plus a $10 million paydown on July 10 after underwriters of its stock offering exercised the over-allotment option.

In addition, Alaris made a scheduled principal payment of $0.6 million on Sept. 30.

Long-term debt as of Sept. 30 was $389.4 million.
