By Susanna Moon

Chicago, June 25 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 12, 2012 based on the performance of the Dow Jones-UBS Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 20% to 35%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.

The notes will price on July 9 and settle on July 14.

Barclays Capital Inc. is the agent.
