Morgan Stanley to sell buffered PLUS linked to Dow Jones - UBS Commodity 3 Month Forward

Milwaukee, June 15 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 27, 2011 linked to the Dow Jones - UBS Commodity Index 3 Month Forward, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 127% of any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 19.05%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by 15% or less and will lose 1.176% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.

The notes are expected to price June 18 and settle June 25.
