New Issue: Barclays prices $840,000 buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500, Dow

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $840,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Jan. 31, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any gain in the lesser performing index, capped at par plus 19%.

If either index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser performing index beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.
