Barclays to price autocallable notes on Nasdaq, Russell, Dow

By Marisa Wong

Los Angeles, Jan. 13 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% autocallable notes due Jan. 17, 2025 linked to the least performing index of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a premium of 7.5% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual observation date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 60% barrier level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 14.

The Cusip number is 06747P2Q1.
