Credit Suisse plans to price digital buffered notes linked to Dow

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 26 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due Dec. 1, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finished at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus 18%.

If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 27.

The Cusip number is 22551N6H4.
