New Issue: Barclays sells $4.13 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 30 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.13 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Oct. 30, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain of the lesser-performing index.
If the lesser performing index falls by up to 44%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser-performing index beyond 44%.
