TD Bank plans to price capped notes due 2024 linked to the Dow

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 20 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% capped notes due Sept. 4, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at between $1,395 and $1,415 for each $1,000 note.

Otherwise the payout will be par.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price Aug. 30.

The Cusip number is 89114Q4X3.
