New Issue: Scotiabank prices $10.51 million notes due 2024 tied to the Dow

Olympia, Wash., July 30 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $10.51 million of 0% notes due July 26, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, capped at par plus 99.83%.
Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
BofA Securities, Inc. is the underwriter.
