New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $426,000 CS notes linked to Dow industrials

Tacoma, Wash., July 8 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $426,000 of 0% CS notes due Sept. 30, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of 30%.
If the final index level is less than the initial index level but greater than the threshold level, 95% of the initial index level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
If the final index level is less than or equal to the threshold level, the payout will be $950 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
