New Issue: CIBC sells $42.05 million Leveraged Index Return Notes on the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., June 6 – Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce priced $42.05 million of 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes due May 31, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 119.1% of any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
