Barclays plans two-year buffered PLUS with cap tied to the Dow

Chicago, Feb. 26 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 3, 2021 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, up to a maximum payment of at least $12.20 per $10.00 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as the dealer.
The notes will price on Feb. 28.
The Cusip number is 06746Y333.
