JPMorgan to price capped buffered return enhanced notes on Dow Jones

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to sell 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 20, 2020 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement that is expected to be at least $1,166.50 per $1,000 of notes and will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 48130WUU2) will price on Feb. 15 and settle on Feb. 22.
