New Issue: Citi prices $1 million 7% contingent coupon autocalls on three indexes

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Jan. 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.01 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity linked securities due Dec. 23, 2021 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index, the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 7% if each underlying asset closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes are called at par if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any determination date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any underlying asset loses below its 60% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
