HSBC plans autocallable barrier notes tied to Dow, Stoxx 50 indexes

New York, June 20 – HSBC USA Inc. plans to price 0% autocallable barrier notes due June 28, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones Industrial average and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus the call premium of at least 10% per annum if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its 65% barrier level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser-performing index from its initial level.

HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on June 25 and settle on June 28.

The Cusip number is 40435FH75.
