JPMorgan plans buffered digital notes due 2022 linked to Dow Jones

Minneapolis, Feb. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered digital notes due Feb. 28, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above its 15% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent digital return of at 20.5% to 22.5%. The exact return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 23 and settle on Feb. 28.

The Cusip number is 48129HYN1.
