New Issue: Barclays prices $623,000 buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $623,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 15, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain of the worse performing index, subject to a 26% maximum return.
Investors will receive par if each index falls by no more than 25% and will be exposed to any losses of the worse performing index beyond the buffer.
