New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $439,000 accelerated barrier notes on Dow, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 3 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $439,000 of 0% accelerated barrier notes due Sept. 29, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index is finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of the return of the worse performing index.
If either the index falls by up the 50% knock-in level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worse performing index.
