New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $500,000 buffered jump notes linked to Dow

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 2 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $500,000 of 0% buffered jump securities due Sept. 30, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 22.25%. If the index declines by 15% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
