New Issue: HSBC prices $544,000 barrier enhanced notes linked to the Dow, Russell

Chicago, July 6 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $544,000 of 0% barrier enhanced participation notes due June 16, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 414B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain of the worse performing index.

Investors will receive par if either index falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to the decline of the worse performing index if it finishes below the 70% barrier level.
