Credit Suisse plans digital plus buffered notes linked to the Dow

Knoxville, Tenn., July 3 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital plus buffered notes due July 31, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index gain and a fixed payment percentage, which is expected to be 25% and will be set at pricing.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% beyond the 20% buffer.

The notes (Cusip: 22550BC68) will price on July 26 and settle on July 31.
