Barclays plans SuperTrack notes due 2022 on Russell 2000, Dow Jones

By Tali Rackner

Minneapolis, June 15 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due June 23, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.88 to 2 times the return of the worse performing index.

Investors will receive par if either index falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to any losses of the lesser-performing index if either index finishes below its 60% barrier.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price June 20 and settle on June 23.

The Cusip number is 06741VYQ9.
