New Issue: Barclays prices $2.33 million SuperTrack notes tied to Russell, Dow

New York, May 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.33 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due May 13, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones Industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times the gain of the worse performing index capped at par plus 125%.

If either index falls but by no more than 40%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.
