New Issue: GS Finance sells $2.4 million capped notes linked to the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., April 3 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.4 million of 0% notes due April 1, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain, capped at 85%. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
