JPMorgan plans to price buffered PLUS due 2019 linked to the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 3, 2019 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus at least 105% of the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 5% and lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 5% buffer.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC is handling distribution.
The notes will price on Dec. 16.
The Cusip number is 48128P530.
