Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 7 – GS Finance Corp. priced $134,000 of 0% leveraged index-linked notes due Nov. 27, 2020 tied to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times the index return.
If the index return is negative but not less than negative 30%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return.
If the index falls by more than 30%, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline.
