Bank of America plans digital return notes linked to S&P 500, the Dow

Chicago, Feb. 12 – Bank of America Corp. plans to price 0% digital return notes due March 6, 2017 linked to S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes above its 80% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of at least 8.3%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 19.

The Cusip number is 06048WSG6.
