Goldman Sachs plans to price leveraged CDs due 2023 linked to the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 14 – Goldman Sachs Bank USA plans to price 0% leveraged certificates of deposit due March 29, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a term sheet.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times the index return, subject to a maximum payout of $1,500.25 per $1,000 face amount of CDs. If the index return is zero or negative, the payout will be par.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the agent. Incapital LLC is distributor.
The CDs are expected to price Sept. 24 and settle Sept. 29.
The Cusip number is 38148DD92.
