New Issue: JPMorgan prices $752,000 uncapped buffered equity notes linked to three indexes

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Aug. 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $752,000 of 0% uncapped buffered equity notes due Aug. 2, 2018 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, Russell 2000 index and Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the least-performing index.

If any index finishes below its initial value but the least-performing index is not less than its initial value by more than 32%, the payout will be par.

If any index falls by more than 32%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least-performing index beyond the 32% buffer.
