Morgan Stanley to price averaging notes linked to Dow via Wells Fargo

Tacoma, Wash., May 11 – Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% market-linked notes due June 3, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum return that is expected to be 5% to 9% and will be set at pricing.

The final index level will be the average of the index’s closing level on 28 quarterly calculation days over the term of the notes.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the agents.

The notes will price May 29 and settle June 3.

The Cusip number is 61761JZB8.
