Barclays to price CDs linked to Dow with quarterly averaging

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 6 – Barclays Bank Delaware plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Feb. 28, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a term sheet.

If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. If the index return is less than or equal to zero, the payout will be par.

The index return will be the average of the periodic index returns as measured on the observation dates, which occur quarterly beginning May 23.

Barclays is the agent. Incapital LLC is distributor.

The CDs will price Feb. 23 and settle Feb. 26.

The Cusip number is 06740A4N6.
